Customer Experience Chat Support

This role focuses on enhancing customer interactions for our clients through dedicated chat support. As a Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be tasked with resolving queries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service will be crucial. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, making it perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
