Work from Home Twitter Chat Agent

This unique role offers you the opportunity to manage customer service and engagement for businesses through Twitter. As a Work from Home Chat Agent, you’ll ensure that customer inquiries and interactions on Twitter are handled with professionalism and care. This role involves monitoring tweets, direct messages, and mentions, then responding in a timely and accurate manner. Training is provided, equipping you with the tools to manage various types of customer interactions effectively.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
